Steven Eggers was apparently upset when officers responding to a domestic violence report had to shoot an agreesive dog while checking out an incident on Cora Lane.Officers caught up with him at Third and Belle, and saw him wielding the chainsaw and numchucks, threatening to kill someone. He was taken into custody and put in a patrol car, but not without resisting arrest.  Deputy Joe Lusignan says the suspect bit one deputy on the hand.  He is now facing three assault charges.
